Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days from original purchase date (verified by order confirmation number).

All returns must be first sent to customer service, support@nurturebebe.com, to verify the return and to get return instructions. See details below under Miscellaneous.

Please do not return items to shipping address before confirming with customer support. All returns expenses are subject to customer payment.

Damages

If your orders arrives damaged, please make note of it immediately with our customer service team and send photos to support@nurturebebe.com the day of delivery. We (Nurture Bebe) will file a damage claim with the carrier and pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our expense.

Any items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Miscellaneous

If item(s) are not damaged, Nurture Bebe accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of original order date. Please note, you, the customer, are subject to return shipping charges and a 15% (of total order cost) restocking fee.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered (minus subjective shipping and restocking fees), the item(s) must arrive back to the warehouse in original condition. Potential expedited shipping charges applied to these orders are non-refundable. Please also note that if an order is canceled but already processed, the order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Refunds will not be given to any customer with return item(s) that are damaged, opened or missing any of its' original contents.

Please note, Nurture Bebe may be subject to our vendors’ return policies. If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions.

Refunds will be processed when your item(s) arrive back at the warehouse and are inspected for return policy standards. Once item(s) are cleared, Nurture Bebe will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. Refunds take 24 hours to process, and should arrive back on your statement within 2-5 business days (depending on your provider).
