As soon as you complete your order you will receive a confirmation email. Nurture Bebe will process your method of payment at the time of purchase. If your item(s) are in stock, your order will ship within 24-72 business hours. If you do not receive your tracking ID, via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days please feel free to contact us in regards to your order status.
If we foresee any potential delays beyond our designated shipping window, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to inform you.

If your item(s) require freight shipping, there may be additional costs involved, which you will be present at the time of checkout.
Freight orders will be processed within 24-72 hours of your purchase and will be scheduled with our freight carriers for pickup. Upon pickup, you will receive an email notification from firstname.lastname@example.org that you order has been shipped, and is out for delivery. Freight orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days of being shipped, pending your location from the warehouse.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are subject to be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.
International shipping is offered, but subject to approval from both Nurture Bebe and you, the customer. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us at email@example.com and we will secure a custom quote for you.
Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Nurture Bebe is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment.
